“Tian and I are very happy that we chose Wil to be our wedding photographer, originally we approached him because we liked his photography style and his approach from the website.
After a great first meeting and discussion we knew Wil was a good choice.
On the day itself, we were of course to busy to fuss over photos. Wil was excellent at getting on with the job, working tirelessly to get the "fly on the wall" style shots we wanted.
He did keep us on track for the posed group photos too, ever patient and politely reminding us what shots we had desired when we were too caught up in the occasion to remember.
We will forever cherish the emotions of ourselves and our guests on the day, thanks to the amazing job Wil did in capturing the event.
Tian and Arran”
The day started bright and early at Smooth Operators barber shop in Battle where Arran received a hot towel shave and haircut, an impeccable but relaxed service. From here I then went to the family home in Battle to spend some time capturing photographs of Tian and her family getting ready. Tian dress was made by Arran sister who is a successful dress maker. It was then time to head to the beautiful St Oswalds church in Hooe where the service was held followed by tea and biscuits with the Vicar and other guests. The reception itself was held at the Power Mills Hotel & Restaurant just outside Battle, which is a beautiful Grade II listed Hotel in a restored Georgian Country House in acres of landscaped gardens, lakes, woods and fields within walking distance of the medieval town of Battle. What an amazing location , a truly perfect backdrop to capture some really special photographs against. One of the highlights was meeting and seeing the amazing magician Alexander James in action as he entertained and enthralled Tian and Arran as well as their guests.

Tina & Jim
Tina and Jim decided to renew their wedding vows in front of family and friends at the Eastbourne Bandstand . With drinks beforehand at The Cavendish Hotel . The iconic bandstand was too good an opportunity to miss from a photographic perspective. What a fun filled day it was, with lots of laughter and good times had by all, topped off with some dancing to an excellent live band called The Hooteneers .
Paula & Gavin
Paula and Gavin were married at the Kingston Registry office in London. The day however began at the sumptuous Cannizaro House in Wimbledon. Paula and Gavin had been upgraded to a suite, and this made the perfect backdrop for pre-wedding photos. We returned to Cannizaro House after the ceremony and took a series of photos in the beautiful gardens, before heading to Wimbledon Rugby Club for the wedding breakfast. Each location was perfect and provided the perfect setting for some very lovely wedding photography.
Bronwen & Rohan
Bronwen and Rohan were married in Caldicot Castle which is situated in Monmouthshire, South East Wales. The day started at the brides parents house in Newport. The wedding ceremony and reception were then held at the castle, which made for fabulous photography.
Testimony from Bronwen and Rohan:
Good friend, good photographer. Wil captured the day beautifully: colourful, happy and relaxed! We couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you for being part of our special day!
Selina & Matt
Selina and Matt were married at The Chantry, which is a deconsecrated Baptist Chapel in East Sussex. I was engaged by the couple to only photograph the pre-wedding reception and the ceremony. The quaint venue lends itself to photography with its beautiful natural simplicity. Large windows up both sides of the building let in a good amount of natural light.
Testimony from Matt and Selina:
Many thanks for sending the CD’s through…we received at the end of last week and are very happy with the content. I think you did an excellent job of capturing both the type of photos we were looking for and the atmosphere of the afternoon.
Much appreciated and many thanks. Matt
Hazel & Martyn
Hazel and Martyn were married at the efficiently run Swallows Oast wedding venue which is a converted barn situated deep in East Sussex. It is situated in very picturesque countryside and offers an amazing backdrop. The day started at the brides parents home in Bexhill, from were she was transported to the venue by an Austin Princess Limousine.

He was very professional, friendly and helpful, from the planning process to receiving the photos and he made the whole day stress free. We are both delighted with the pictures he took as not only are they fantastic quality, they provide us with memories from the whole day including all the details and hard work that went in to making the day special and the loving memories we want to cherish forever.
